The faction advocating for the Nepali Congress special convention is organizing a foot march to promote the convention. According to the organizers, the foot march will begin at 1:00 pm from Bhrikutimandap.
The special convention, called by party General Secretaries Gagan Thapa and Bishwo Prakash Sharma along with other leaders, is scheduled to be held on the 27th and 28th at Bhrikutimandap. Preparations are underway at the venue, including the construction of the main stage, while supporting representatives continue to arrive in Kathmandu.
