The share market index NEPSE declined on Tuesday, the third trading day of the week. The index dropped by 20.75 points to close at 2,642.15.
A total of 20,559,055 shares of 354 companies were traded, resulting in a turnover of over NPR 8.36 billion. The highest turnover was recorded by Ridi Power Company Limited, with transactions worth NPR 533.6 million.
In today’s market, investors of Salapa Bikas Bank earned the highest gains, as the company’s share price hit a positive circuit.
On the other hand, investors of Supermai Hydropower Limited incurred the highest losses, with the company’s share price hitting a negative circuit.
