On the fourth trading day of the week, the NEPSE index increased by 0.61 points, reaching 2,565.77 points during the pre-open session.
During this session, a total of shares worth Rs. 9.24 million were traded.
Altogether, 5,825 shares of 44 companies were bought and sold.
Out of the traded companies, 22 saw their share prices rise, while 20 companies experienced a decline.
