Soon after taking the oath of office, newly appointed Minister for Energy, Water Resources, and Irrigation Kulman Ghising went directly from the President’s Office at Shital Niwas to the Teaching Hospital in Maharajgunj.
Before formally assuming office, Ghising visited the hospital to meet with the families of those who lost their lives during the Gen-Z movement. During the visit, he expressed his condolences to the grieving families.
