There will be no matches today in the ongoing second edition of the Nepal Premier League (NPL). After the completion of the league-stage matches, a rest day has been scheduled for ground management and preparation.
The first qualifier match of the tournament will take place tomorrow at 4 PM at the TU International Cricket Ground, Kirtipur. Sudurpaschim Royals and Biratnagar Kings will face each other in this crucial playoff match.
Sudurpaschim secured the top position on the points table, while Biratnagar finished second, confirming their spots in the first qualifier. Out of seven league matches, Sudurpaschim won six, whereas Biratnagar clinched five victories. Sudurpaschim’s only defeat in the league stage came against Biratnagar, while Biratnagar faced losses against Chitwan and Lumbini.
