One person has died in a jeep accident in Rolpa district.
According to police, the jeep was traveling from Ghorahi in Dang to Bagmara of Paribartan Rural Municipality when the accident occurred this morning at Khumbas in Ward No. 5 of Runtigadhi Rural Municipality.
Police said that 24-year-old Bishnumaya Budha Magar of Paribartan–6 lost her life in the incident.
The Tata Sumo jeep (Lu 1 Ja 4854), which had departed from Dang in the morning carrying 11 passengers, veered off the road and fell down the slope. Police are conducting further investigation into the accident.
