Pakistan has congratulated the people and government of Nepal for successfully conducting the general election.
According to the Embassy of Pakistan in Nepal, Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar extended his heartfelt congratulations to the Government and people of Nepal through a message.
Highlighting the importance Pakistan places on its fraternal relations with Nepal, Dar expressed confidence that the long-standing friendship between the two countries would be further strengthened.
In his message, the Pakistani Deputy Prime Minister also stated that he looks forward to working closely with his Nepali counterpart and the new government to expand new areas of bilateral cooperation and jointly promote regional peace and prosperity.
