The Parliamentary Committee on Agriculture, Cooperatives and Natural Resources under the House of Representatives on Thursday passed the Land Bill by majority vote.
The CPN (Maoist Centre), however, walked out of the committee’s deliberations. Both the Maoist Centre and the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) announced they will register dissenting opinions on the bill.
