
Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has stated that the government is paying special attention to ensure there is no shortage of chemical fertilizers during this year’s farming season.
Through a post on Facebook, Oli informed that 28,824 metric tons of fertilizers are currently in stock, with an additional 140,504 metric tons on the way. According to data from the Ministry of Agriculture, the Agriculture Inputs Company presently has 29,111 metric tons in stock.
Oli also urged the public to inform the concerned authorities if any shortage of fertilizers is felt. Encouraging farmers to use fertilizers on time, he said, “Let’s make our fields green and productive.”
