Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi held talks during a collective dinner hosted by Chinese President Xi Jinping.
The meeting took place on the eve of the SCO Summit in Tianjin. Indian Prime Minister Modi expressed happiness at meeting his Nepali counterpart.
Posting on social media platform X, Modi wrote: “Delighted to meet Prime Minister KP Oli in Tianjin. India’s relationship with Nepal is deep and special.”
He highlighted the unique and close ties between Nepal and India.
