The Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist–Leninist) has decided to officially launch its election campaign starting from Magh 4. The campaign will begin with a program organized by the Bagmati Province Committee at Pragya Bhawan.
According to Bagmati Province Committee Deputy Secretary Bhaktakumari Lama, a rally will start from Bhrikutimandap and culminate in a mass assembly at Pragya Bhawan. From this assembly, the party will declare its commitment to ensuring victory in all 18 electoral constituencies under the Bagmati Province Committee.
The election campaign will be inaugurated by CPN-UML Chairperson KP Sharma Oli. The party has placed areas outside the three districts of the Kathmandu Valley under the jurisdiction of the Bagmati Province Committee for the campaign.
