Coordinator of the Nepal Communist Party, Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’, is scheduled to file his candidacy nomination at 1 p.m. today.
According to Chief Personal Secretary Govinda Acharya, Prachanda will personally appear at the Election Office in Rukum East to register his nomination.
Prior to filing his candidacy, Prachanda is scheduled to seek blessings from families in Rukum East and then proceed to the election office for the nomination process.
