President Ramchandra Paudel has departed for Doha, the capital of Qatar, this morning to participate in the Second World Summit for Social Development.
Leading the Nepali delegation, President Paudel is attending the summit at the invitation of the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.
The summit will be held from November 4 to 6 (Kartik 18 to 20).
