President Ramchandra Paudel held a meeting with a delegation led by Colonel Commandant Major General Gerald M. Strickland of the British Army’s Gurkha Brigade, along with Colonel David J. Robinson, who are currently on a visit to Nepal.
The meeting took place on Monday at the Office of the President and was also attended by the British Ambassador to Nepal.
On the occasion, Major General Strickland presented the Gurkha Brigade’s Annual Report for 2025 to President Paudel.
According to the Office of the President, the meeting included discussions on the long-standing historical relations between Nepal and the United Kingdom, as well as various issues of mutual interest and shared concern.
