Prime Minister Sushila Karki and former President Bidya Devi Bhandari held a meeting at Singha Durbar on Sunday.
According to the Prime Minister’s Secretariat, former President Bhandari visited Singha Durbar to meet the Prime Minister, where the two discussed current political developments.
During the meeting, Prime Minister Karki briefed the former President about the upcoming elections and the government’s ongoing preparations.
The Secretariat also stated that the Prime Minister informed Bhandari about the government’s work related to the Gen-Z movement, including the demands of the families of those who lost their lives in the movement, the injured protesters, and the progress made in addressing those demands.
After the meeting, former President Bhandari also observed various sections of Singha Durbar.
