Prime Minister Sushila Karyaki has called a meeting with ministers to discuss the upcoming election, the election code of conduct, and other contemporary issues.
The meeting is scheduled to be held on Sunday at 4 PM at the Prime Minister’s residence in Baluwatar. The program has been organized to hold discussions among concerned stakeholders with the aim of conducting the election in a clean, fair, and dignified manner.
According to the election schedule, candidate registration for the direct election system is set for Tuesday. However, political parties have been requesting the Election Commission to postpone the date by a few days, citing difficulties in managing internal processes for candidate selection.
