The printing of essential materials for the upcoming House of Representatives election on Falgun 21 has begun, and the items are starting to arrive at the Election Commission. According to Assistant Spokesperson Kul Bahadur Jisi, the printing press at Nepal Pragya Pratisthan in Kamaladi has delivered voting manuals, counting manuals, election-related laws, rules, and other necessary guides in required quantities.
These printed materials, along with other election supplies, will be sent to all 77 districts as the Commission intensifies its internal preparations.
Jisi stated that in the first phase, 5,000 sets of printed materials have already reached the Commission. The remaining materials will arrive gradually and will be prepared for dispatch to the districts.
The most crucial component—the ballot papers—are being actively printed at Janak Shiksha Samagri Kendra Limited. The Election Commission is finalizing technical and administrative preparations as the election date approaches.
