Earlier, after losing the toss and batting first, Bengaluru posted 201 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in 20 overs. For Bengaluru, Rajat Patidar scored a half-century with 63 runs. Virat Kohli added 32 runs, while Venkatesh Iyer made 29.
With this win, Rajasthan Royals climbed to the top of the table with 8 points from 4 matches, while Royal Challengers Bengaluru remained in third place with 4 points from 3 matches.
