The Japan visit of Dol Prasad (D.P.) Aryal, Acting President of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), has been postponed.
Aryal was scheduled to fly to Japan on Friday evening to attend the second convention of the RSP’s Japan chapter, organized by the Party’s Diaspora Nepali Contact Department, along with other events planned for Sunday. However, his secretariat informed that the visit was cancelled at the last moment due to important political dialogues in Nepal moving toward a conclusion.
According to his secretariat, although the Japan program was pre-scheduled, RSP Vice President Dr. Swarnim Wagle is currently abroad, and crucial election-focused discussions are ongoing within the party. As a result, Aryal will be unable to take part in Sunday’s program in Japan.
While preparations are being made for Aryal to visit Japan at a later date, no new schedule has been finalized yet, the secretariat said.
Despite Aryal’s absence, RSP Central Member and Deputy Chief of the Diaspora Nepali Contact Department, Arjun Adhikari, has already arrived in Japan to participate in the planned events.
Meanwhile, Vice President Dr. Wagle is in Australia as part of the party’s campaign. He has been participating in various political discussions and conventions organized by the RSP’s Australia chapter, alongside interaction programs with the Nepali community there.
