Shubhechha Meyangbo has been crowned Mrs. Nobel Nepal 2026. She won the prestigious title during a grand event held on Monday afternoon at Jyapu Academy in the capital.
Along with the crown, she received a scholarship at a fashion college and several other gifts. The event, organized by Himalayan Mums, also announced Sushma Karki as the First Runner-up and Devaki Karki Khadka as the Second Runner-up. According to the organizers, this was the sixth edition of the national-level beauty pageant series for married women.
Around one and a half dozen contestants underwent three weeks of intensive training under renowned fashion choreographer Himani Subba. The training included personality development, speech practice, stage performance, presentation skills, and photoshoots. The program began with an opening dance in coordinated outfits. Contestants advanced through various rounds including introduction, costume display, Top 10, Top 5, and finally the crowning ceremony.
Several subtitle awards were also distributed during the event. Shubhechha Meyangbo won Best Talent, Sani Sherpa received Best Personality and Best Multimedia, Manu Limbu was awarded Most Confident and Best Dress, and Sushma Karki won Best Photogenic and Public Choice Video. Other winners included Samjhana Sunuwar (Most Active), Pampha Nepali (Most Decent), Niru Lama (Most Dedicated), Amita Adhikari (Most Dynamic), Sunaena Aryal (Most Smart and Most Popular), Kumari Khadka Gurung (Most Graceful), Devaki Karki Khadka (Most Diligent), and Poonam Thapa Poudyal (Most Charming).
The event also featured attractive dance performances by artists. The married contestants confidently showcased their talents following the guidance of choreographer Subba. The judging panel included actor and event professional Esraj Garaj, fashion designer Suknita Chaulagain, dance instructor Rahul Sah, actress Richa Thapa, Mrs. Himalayan Nepal 2025 Pranita Kshetri, and fashion designer and Mrs. Global Nepal 2024 winner Sunita Bhujel.
Event Manager Komalnath Khatiwada stated that the program was organized to convey the message that married women are equally capable of expressing their hidden talents and proving themselves in every field.
