Police have arrested ten people, including 29-year-old Rudrabahadur Shrestha of Aamchok Rural Municipality–9, with 500 kilograms of marijuana from Machuwa in Hatuwagadhi Rural Municipality–9 of Bhojpur district.
According to the Central Police News Desk, the arrests were made on Thursday while the suspects were traveling toward their destination in a tractor and were found to be involved in suspicious activities.
During a check of the tractor bearing registration number Na 7 Ta 350, police recovered the marijuana packed in 43 sacks. All the accused have been taken into custody for further investigation, and the tractor has also been seized by the police.
