Under the ICC T20 World Cup, three matches are taking place on Monday.
In today’s first match from Group D, Afghanistan will compete against United Arab Emirates. In the second match from Group C, England will face Italy. Likewise, in the third match this evening, Australia will take on Sri Lanka.
The Afghanistan vs UAE match will be held in Delhi, India, starting at 11:15 AM. Afghanistan are still winless in this World Cup, while the UAE have collected two points. In Group D, Afghanistan sit fourth without points, whereas the UAE are third with two points.
The second match between England and Italy will begin at 3:15 PM at Eden Gardens. England have won both their matches and earned four points, while Italy have two points. This is England’s final group match, and after losing one game, they aim to secure a win to reach the Super Eight. Italy, playing their first-ever World Cup, will be looking for their second victory.
Similarly, the Australia vs Sri Lanka match will start at 7:15 PM in Sri Lanka. Hosts Sri Lanka, who are at the top of the table, will be chasing their third win. Australia, with one win and one loss so far, are aiming for their second victory.
