Today, Magh 22, is the final day to secure the dividend of Neco Insurance Limited. The company has decided to close its books on Magh 25. Since Magh 23 (Friday) and Magh 24 (Saturday) are public holidays, only shareholders registered up to today, Magh 22, will be eligible to receive the dividend.
Neco Insurance has scheduled its 30th Annual General Meeting for Falgun 11. The meeting will be held at Reception, Naxal, Kathmandu, starting at 11:00 AM.
The AGM will endorse a total dividend of 15.7894 percent of the company’s paid-up capital for the fiscal year 2081/82. This includes a 3 percent bonus share and 12.7894 percent cash dividend (including tax).
The meeting will also pass a special resolution to increase the issued and paid-up capital following the distribution of bonus shares.
