
The trailer of the much-awaited Nepali film Haribahadurko Jutta has been released ahead of its Dashain festival premiere. Scheduled to hit theaters on Phulpati (October 13), the film is directed by Dipendra K. Khanal and combines comedy with contemporary political themes.
The trailer showcases the journey of the beloved television character Haribahadur, played by veteran comedian Haribansha Acharya, depicting the ups and downs of his life. It also reflects the political aspirations of Nepal’s younger generation and the challenges that arise in the process of change.
The star-studded cast includes Haribansha Acharya, Swastima Khadka, Prakash Saput, Priyanka Karki, Harihar Sharma, Divya Dev, Kiran KC, Rajaram Paudel, Dinesh Kafle, Sita Nyaupane, and Kamalmani Nepal.
Produced under the banner of SM Motion Pictures, the film is produced by Saroj Oli and Mohitbans Acharya. Cinematography is by Krishna Bahadur Thapa, with editing by Nakul Khadka. The soundtrack features music by Basanta Sapkota, Dipak Sharma, and Prakash Saput, with vocals from Ashish Aviral, Samiksha Adhikari, Mohitbans Acharya, Samir Kharel, and Sajja Chaulagai.
