The Turture-Chambas section of the Dumre-Besisahar road in Bhanu Municipality, Tanahun, has been closed daily for six and a half hours starting today.
The closure, from Kartik 24 to Mangsir 5, is to facilitate road expansion up to the Dhukurdi area of Bhanu Municipality. The decision was made to reduce potential accident risks and to expedite construction work, according to Administrative Officer Bikash Shrestha.
The road will be closed during the following periods each day: 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. During these times, travelers are advised to use alternative routes via Palungtar and Khatritar to reach Bimalnagar.
