Two matches are being played today under the Prime Minister Cup (PM Cup) in Nepal.
According to Cricket Association of Nepal, Koshi Province will face Lumbini Province in Janakpur, while Karnali Province will take on Sudurpashchim Province in Parsa.
Both matches, being played in a one-day format, will begin at 9:00 AM.
A total of 10 teams are participating in the tournament, including seven provincial teams and three departmental teams: Nepal Police Club, Tribhuvan Army Club, and APF Club, along with Koshi, Madhesh, Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpashchim provinces.
The tournament follows a single round-robin format, where the top two teams will advance to the final.
Historically, only departmental teams have won the PM Cup. Nepal Police Club holds the record with four titles, while Tribhuvan Army Club and APF Club have won two titles each. Nepal Police Club is also the defending champion.
The winner of the one-day format tournament will receive a cash prize of NPR 1 million, while the runner-up will get NPR 500,000.
