The CPN-UML has recommended its General Secretary Shankar Pokhrel as the sole candidate from Dang Constituency No. 2 for the upcoming House of Representatives election scheduled for Falgun 21.
The decision was made by a meeting of the constituency-level coordination committee held on Sunday, according to constituency coordinator Sudan KC.
Dang-2 is also the home constituency of UML General Secretary Pokhrel.
