CPN-UML has unveiled a 42-point commitment plan targeting the upcoming House of Representatives election for Jhapa Constituency No. 5, where KP Sharma Oli is a candidate.
The manifesto prioritizes good governance, corruption control, national interest and identity, and infrastructure development. The party says it aims to ensure good governance, adopt a zero-tolerance policy against corruption, and achieve economic prosperity through infrastructure expansion.
It also highlights advancing the slogan “Prosperous Nepal, Happy Nepali” as a concrete program, completing unfinished development projects, and accelerating progress in agriculture, health, education, roads, sports, and tourism. UML states that these agendas will be implemented after the election.
