Bhimsen Thapa, the Ward Chair of Kageshwari Manohara Municipality–7, has passed away. He died on Thursday while undergoing treatment at Nepal Cancer Hospital in Harisiddhi, according to Chief Administrative Officer Purushottam Subedi.
Following his demise, the municipality issued a condolence statement and declared a holiday today for all ward offices, essential services excepted, health institutions, Ayurveda centers, and institutional and community schools under the municipality.
