With the monsoon’s influence weakening across the country, local winds are expected to cause fluctuating weather conditions over the next 24 hours.
According to the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology’s Saturday morning bulletin, the hilly areas of the country will remain generally cloudy this afternoon, while the rest of the regions will see partly cloudy skies.
There is a chance of moderate rainfall in some areas of the hilly regions of Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces, with light rain possible in a few other parts of the country.
Tonight, the weather is expected to remain partly cloudy over the hilly regions, including Koshi Province, while most other areas will stay mostly clear. However, the possibility of light to moderate rain persists in some hilly areas, the department added.
