
According to the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, the monsoon’s low-pressure line is currently positioned near its average location. Moist air from the Arabian Sea and the Bay of Bengal is also influencing Nepal’s weather.

The hilly regions of the country are generally cloudy, while the rest of the areas remain partly cloudy. Light to moderate rainfall is occurring in a few places of Koshi, Bagmati, and Sudurpaschim Provinces, and at one or two locations in the remaining provinces. - Afternoon Forecast:
The weather across the country will generally remain cloudy. Moderate rainfall is likely at some places in Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini, and Sudurpaschim Provinces, including the hilly regions. Heavy rainfall is also possible at one or two places in the hilly and Terai areas of Koshi, Madhesh, Bagmati, Lumbini, and Sudurpaschim Provinces. - Night Forecast:
The country will remain generally cloudy at night. Moderate rainfall is expected in some parts of Koshi, Madhesh, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Lumbini Provinces, and at one or two places in the remaining provinces. Heavy rainfall is also possible at one or two places in the hilly and Terai areas of Koshi, Madhesh, Bagmati, Lumbini, and Sudurpaschim Provinces.
