The Department of Hydrology and Meteorology has reported that no significant weather system is currently affecting the country. Most parts of Nepal are experiencing generally clear weather, with partly cloudy conditions in the hilly and mountainous regions of Gandaki and Karnali provinces.
This afternoon, the weather will remain mostly clear across the country, though the hilly regions of Koshi and Gandaki provinces may see partial cloud cover. Light rain or snowfall is possible at one or two locations in the mountainous areas of Koshi and Gandaki provinces, according to the department.
Similarly, tonight, partly cloudy conditions are expected in the hilly areas of Koshi Province, while the rest of the country will continue to experience mostly clear weather.
