A total of 2,499 central committee members of the Nepal Communist Party (NCP) took their oath of office today.
The NCP, formed through the merger of more than 17 different parties and groups, administered the oath to all its central committee members.
Central committee members based in the Kathmandu Valley took the oath in person at the party’s central office in Parisdanda, while those outside the valley participated virtually from their respective provincial, district, or local party offices.
