The Election Commission has made public nationwide voter statistics and constituency-wise details in preparation for the upcoming House of Representatives election.
According to the Commission, Nepal has a total of 18,903,689 registered voters. Based on the published data, Ramechhap has emerged as the constituency with the highest number of voters, with a total of 187,952 registered voters.
Arghakhanchi–1 ranks second in terms of voter numbers, followed by Dolakha–1 in third place. Bardiya–1 and Kavrepalanchok–2 are also among the top five constituencies with the highest voter populations.
On the other hand, Manang has the lowest number of voters in the country, with only 7,000 registered voters. Mustang, Dolpa, Humla, and Eastern Rukum follow Manang on the list of constituencies with the smallest voter populations.
The Election Commission expects that this data will serve as an important basis for understanding geographical conditions, population distribution, and effective election management.
