Former King Gyanendra Shah visited the renowned Sano Pau Pathibhara Temple located in Charali, Jhapa, on Tuesday morning.
The former monarch arrived at the temple from the Mini Palace situated at the Himalaya Mahalaxmi Tea Estate in Damak Municipality–9. Accompanied by former Queen Komal Rajya Laxmi Devi Shah, he traveled in a vehicle bearing the registration number Ba 21 Cha 7318 to offer prayers at the temple in Mechinagar Municipality–13, Charali.
The Pathibhara Temple, which holds significant religious and cultural importance, witnessed heightened local interest following the visit of the former king. Residents closely observed the visit, reflecting the continued public attention surrounding Shah’s religious and cultural engagements.
