Nepal is currently experiencing a partial influence of a western disturbance, according to the Meteorological Forecasting Division. Fog has been observed in some areas of the Terai region, while partial cloud cover is present in the Himalayan and high hilly regions, including Koshi Province.
The Division stated that during the daytime today, fog and mist will persist in some parts of the Terai. The Himalayan regions of Koshi and Gandaki provinces will generally remain cloudy, while the rest of the country will see partly cloudy conditions. There is a possibility of light rain or snowfall at one or two places in the high hilly and Himalayan regions of Koshi and Gandaki provinces.
At night, fog is likely to continue in a few areas of the Terai. The hilly and Himalayan regions of Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces will remain partly cloudy, while the weather in the remaining areas is expected to be mostly clear.
The Meteorological Forecasting Division has again indicated the possibility of light rain or snowfall at one or two places in the high hilly and Himalayan regions of Koshi and Gandaki provinces.
