National Independent Party (Rastriya Swatantra Party) Chairperson Ravi Lamichhane, who was released from detention in accordance with an order of the Tulsipur High Court, is returning to Kathmandu today.
After being released in Rupandehi, Lamichhane had reached Chitwan yesterday and is now heading back to the capital. Party General Secretary Kabindra Burlakoti informed that Lamichhane will arrive in Kathmandu on a 1:50 PM flight.
In a social media post, Burlakoti stated, “Chairperson will arrive in Kathmandu on the 1:50 PM flight today. We will welcome him at Kathmandu Airport at around 2:15 PM.”
