Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairperson Ravi Lamichhane has been given a grand welcome in Chitwan. He was released from detention on Friday following an order issued by the Tulsipur bench of the Butwal High Court.
Soon after his release, Lamichhane arrived in Chitwan, where the district party organized a welcome program today. A large number of RSP leaders and cadres have gathered at Chaubiskothi Chowk in Bharatpur to welcome him.
Lamichhane is expected to arrive there shortly. After his arrival, a rally including Lamichhane will proceed towards Guest House Chowk, where he is scheduled to deliver a brief address. RSP Chitwan District Chairperson Krishna Prasad Bhusal confirmed the program to SidhaKura.
RSP Vice Chairperson Dol Prasad Aryal is also participating in the program.
