Gold prices have continued their upward trend in the domestic market. Compared to Tuesday, both gold and silver prices have recorded a slight increase.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of hallmark gold has increased by Rs 1,100 per tola, reaching Rs 306,600 today. Similarly, silver has risen by Rs 50 per tola and is being traded at Rs 5,290.
On Tuesday, gold was traded at Rs 305,500 per tola, while silver was priced at Rs 5,240 per tola. On Monday, gold was traded at Rs 304,600 per tola and silver at Rs 5,250 per tola.
According to international media reports, gold is currently being traded at USD 5,060 per ounce in the international market, while silver is priced at USD 82 per ounce.
