Sher Bahadur Deuba, former president of the Nepali Congress, has traveled to Singapore for medical treatment. He departed on Wednesday via a Singapore Airlines flight. According to sources, a few other individuals accompanied him.
Deuba had been injured during the recent Jen–G Movement, and he had been receiving treatment in Singapore. This trip continues that medical care.
After the Nepali Congress special general convention, when Gagan Thapa was elected party president, Deuba had stepped back from active politics. However, just ahead of the elections, he has traveled to Singapore for treatment.
