Former Vice-Chancellor Kiran Manandhar recalled working closely with legendary singer Narayan Gopal, noting that although they worked in different fields, both literature/music and visual arts advance with rhythm and dedication. He extended his best wishes to all awardees and praised the institution’s contributions to the development of literature and arts.
Om Shrestha reflected on his journey, noting that reading Gorkhapatra Daily from cover to cover inspired him, and later working at the same newspaper allowed him to serve Nepali language and literature. He added that receiving recognition from the institution gave him both honor and additional responsibility to continue contributing meaningfully to the literary field.
Critic Mahesh Poudel highlighted the contributions of the awardees, acknowledging the institution’s appreciation of their work. Chairperson Momila Joshi stated that Sahityakala Dot Com continues to organize diverse activities in literature and fine arts and manages awards and honors with the support of prominent personalities to encourage and recognize creators.
