According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division, the weather is partly cloudy in the high hilly and mountainous areas of Gandaki, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim provinces, while the rest of the country is experiencing mainly clear skies.

Generally cloudy conditions are expected in the Himalayan region, with partly cloudy skies elsewhere. There is a possibility of light rainfall and snowfall at a few places in the hilly and mountainous areas of Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim provinces, and at one or two places in other hilly and mountainous regions.
Tonight’s Forecast:
Skies will remain generally cloudy in Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim provinces. Bagmati Province and other high hilly and mountainous areas will see partly cloudy conditions, while the rest of the country will remain mainly clear.
There is a chance of light rain and snowfall at a few places in the Himalayan regions of Gandaki, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim provinces. Similarly, one or two places in the hilly areas of Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces may receive light rain. Light fog is also expected in some parts of the Terai region.
