The Nepal Rastra Bank has set the foreign exchange rates for today.
The buying rate of one US dollar has been fixed at Rs 144.47 and the selling rate at Rs 145.38. Similarly, one Euro is being bought at Rs 171.30 and sold at Rs 172.01, while one UK Pound Sterling has a buying rate of Rs 196.47 and a selling rate of Rs 197.29. The Swiss Franc stands at Rs 187.67 for buying and Rs 188.45 for selling. The Australian dollar is fixed at Rs 102.40 for buying and Rs 102.82 for selling, the Canadian dollar at Rs 106.05 and Rs 106.49, and the Singapore dollar at Rs 114.15 and Rs 114.99 respectively.
The buying and selling rates for 10 Japanese Yen are Rs 9.42 and Rs 9.46, for one Chinese Yuan Rs 20.96 and Rs 21.04, for one Saudi Riyal Rs 38.60 and Rs 38.76, and for one Qatari Riyal Rs 39.61 and Rs 39.78. Likewise, the Thai Baht is fixed at Rs 4.62 for buying and Rs 4.64 for selling, the UAE Dirham at Rs 39.42 and Rs 39.58, the Malaysian Ringgit at Rs 37.12 and Rs 37.28, and 100 South Korean Won at Rs 10.03 and Rs 10.07. The Swedish Kroner is set at Rs 16.11 and Rs 16.17, and the Danish Kroner at Rs 22.93 and Rs 23.02.
The Hong Kong Dollar has a buying rate of Rs 18.53 and a selling rate of Rs 18.60, the Kuwaiti Dinar Rs 474.22 and Rs 476.19, the Bahraini Dinar Rs 384.05 and Rs 385.64, and the Omani Riyal Rs 376.08 and Rs 377.63. The exchange rate for 100 Indian Rupees has been fixed at Rs 160 for buying and Rs 160.15 for selling.
