Nepal Rastra Bank has fixed the foreign exchange rates for today. According to the central bank, the buying rate of one US dollar has been set at NPR 145.22 and the selling rate at NPR 145.82.
Similarly, the buying rate of one Euro is NPR 170.95 and the selling rate is NPR 171.66. The UK Pound Sterling has a buying rate of NPR 195.94 and a selling rate of NPR 196.75, while the Swiss Franc is being traded at a buying rate of NPR 187.22 and a selling rate of NPR 188.00.
The Australian Dollar has a buying rate of NPR 102.74 and a selling rate of NPR 103.16. The Canadian Dollar is valued at NPR 105.96 for buying and NPR 106.40 for selling. The Singapore Dollar has been set at a buying rate of NPR 114.67 and a selling rate of NPR 115.15.
Likewise, the buying rate of 10 Japanese Yen is NPR 9.26 and the selling rate is NPR 9.30. The Chinese Yuan is being traded at NPR 21.14 for buying and NPR 21.23 for selling. The Saudi Arabian Riyal has a buying rate of NPR 38.71 and a selling rate of NPR 38.87, while the Qatari Riyal stands at NPR 39.84 for buying and NPR 40.01 for selling.
According to the central bank, the Thai Baht has a buying rate of NPR 4.67 and a selling rate of NPR 4.69. The UAE Dirham is fixed at NPR 39.54 for buying and NPR 39.70 for selling, while the Malaysian Ringgit has a buying rate of NPR 37.32 and a selling rate of NPR 37.48. The buying rate of 100 South Korean Won is NPR 10.14 and the selling rate is NPR 10.18. The Swedish Krona is being traded at NPR 16.00 for buying and NPR 16.07 for selling, and the Danish Krone at NPR 22.88 for buying and NPR 23.02 for selling.
Nepal Rastra Bank has set the buying rate of the Hong Kong Dollar at NPR 18.57 and the selling rate at NPR 18.65. The Kuwaiti Dinar is valued at NPR 475.35 for buying and NPR 477.32 for selling, while the Bahraini Dinar stands at NPR 385.15 for buying and NPR 386.74 for selling. The Omani Riyal has a buying rate of NPR 377.69 and a selling rate of NPR 379.25. Meanwhile, the buying rate of 100 Indian Rupees has been fixed at NPR 160.00 and the selling rate at NPR 160.15.
The central bank has stated that these exchange rates may be revised at any time as necessary. It also noted that commercial banks may set slightly different rates, and the updated exchange rates are available on the central bank’s official website.
