The Nepal Electricity Authority has announced a temporary power outage in several areas of Kathmandu on Saturday.
According to the notice, electricity supplied through the Imadol feeder of the Baneshwor Distribution Center will be interrupted to replace aging utility poles.
The outage will affect areas including Narephat, around CCRC College, and along the Suryakot route, where 11 kV capacity poles are scheduled to be replaced.
Power will remain cut from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The authority has apologized for the inconvenience caused by the scheduled maintenance.
