The Lumbini Province Provincial Assembly is set to convene today at 1:00 PM, according to the Provincial Assembly Secretariat. The tentative agenda includes discussions on several important matters.
At the start of the session, assembly members will present their views on current issues during a special time allocated for such statements.
Following this, Minister for Industry, Tourism, and Transport Prachanda Bikram Nyaupane is scheduled to present the bill on the “Establishment and Operation of Lumbini Pragya Pratishthan” to the assembly.
Additionally, Chief Minister Chet Narayan Acharya will propose that the bill to amend the “District Assembly and District Coordination Committee Act, 2075” be sent to the relevant committee for clause-by-clause discussion.
The Secretariat confirmed that these items are part of the planned proceedings for today’s session.
