A habeas corpus petition filed by former Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and former Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak has been kept under consideration by the court.
The hearing began on Sunday afternoon in the joint bench of Justices Binod Sharma and Sunil Kumar Pokharel.
Lawyers representing Oli and Lekhak presented their arguments today. As the hearing could not be completed, the bench decided to keep the case ‘under consideration’ for further proceedings.
