Meetings of both houses of Nepal’s Federal Parliament are scheduled for today at the Singha Durbar.
As per the agenda, the meeting of the House of Representatives will begin at 1:00 PM. Prime Minister Balen Shah is expected to present the Seventh Annual Report, 2082 of the National Natural Resources and Fiscal Commission.
Similarly, Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle will table the Alternative Development Finance Mobilization Bill, 2082. Prior to this, a proposal seeking permission to present the bill is also listed in the agenda.
The Speaker will read out a letter received from the Office of the President of Nepal regarding changes in the order of precedence of the Council of Ministers.
Meanwhile, the meeting of the National Assembly of Nepal is scheduled for 1:15 PM. In that meeting, Prime Minister Balen Shah is set to present the Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2081/82 of the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority before the assembly.
