The Annual General Meeting (AGM) and election of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry have been rescheduled to Baisakh 21 and 22 after being postponed by an interim order from the High Court Patan.
A meeting of FNCCI office bearers held on Friday decided on the new dates after seeking legal consultation regarding the court matter. The decision will be presented for approval at the Central Executive Committee meeting scheduled for Baisakh 9.
Earlier, the AGM and election were planned for Chaitra 29 and 30 but were halted following the interim order issued by the High Court Patan. The court’s order came after a complaint filed by the Petroleum Transport Federation, a commodity-sector member of FNCCI.
