Extending New Year 2083 greetings, Gagan Kumar Thapa said that for the welfare of the nation and its people, everyone must rise above partisan interests and limitations and move forward through cooperation.
He wished happiness, peace, prosperity, and continuous progress for all, emphasizing that all political parties and responsible bodies must unite to successfully advance the campaign of building a peaceful, civilized, cultured, and economically prosperous nation.
Thapa noted that the historic achievements gained through the long sacrifices, struggles, movements, and dedication of the Nepali people must be protected and strengthened, and that future national challenges should be faced with unity, firm commitment, and determination.
He mentioned that the time has come to firmly advance toward economic development and prosperity by strengthening good governance and making proper use of new opportunities.
He also expressed the hope that the New Year would further strengthen unity, brotherhood, harmony, and cooperation among all Nepalis and institutionally reinforce the federal democratic republic.
Thapa wished that the New Year bring new energy, enthusiasm, and inspiration for progress toward economic, social, and cultural prosperity.
